Influence of temperature control in dyeing machine
Temperature is an important factor to control dyeing on a dyeing machine. The high and low temperature, will affect the expansion degree of fiber, dye performance (solubility, dispersity, dyeing rate, color, etc.) and the performance of additives. Polyamide fiber is a thermoplastic fiber. When the temperature is low, the dyeing rate is slow. When the temperature is over 50℃, the swelling of the fiber increases with the increase of the temperature.
The influence of temperature on the dyeing rate of dyes varies with different dyes. The dyeing rate of levelling dyes increases with the increase of temperature. The dyeing rate of dye-resistant dyes increases rapidly with the increase of temperature until the dyeing bath temperature is higher than 60℃. Especially in the temperature range of 65-85 ℃, the control of temperature rise rate is the key to the success or failure of nylon dyeing. If not properly controlled, it will cause problems such as fast coloring, poor shifting dyeing, easy to flower and difficult to repair.
If shrinkage-resistant dye is used to dye nylon, the initial dyeing temperature should be room temperature, in the temperature range of 65-85 ℃, the temperature rise rate is controlled, and leveler is added to adopt the step heating method; Then the temperature was raised to 95-98 ℃ and the temperature was kept for 45-60 min. In addition, the dyeing properties of the fiber also changed with the heat treatment conditions before dyeing, and the dyeing rate of the fiber decreased significantly after being shaped by dry heat.
